Customs orders can be requested depending on availability. Send in your request by email or through social media and we will get back to you to discuss the piece and pricing. A custom order listing (with your order and pricing) will be created for you after both parties have reached an agreement on the details. No additional changes will be accepted after payment so please ensure you are happy with the details before paying.
Custom orders may take longer to complete as we want to make sure that we fulfill your requirements and that the piece is up to standard. The expected completion time will be communicated to you beforehand, so ensure that you are able to accept the timeline before confirming the order.
Crochet Patterns are NON-Refundable, as the download link will be sent immediately after payment. Please double check your items before paying.
Refunds for Crochet Dolls is dependent on the status of the item. Please email us for your requests and we will get back to you as soon as possible. As each doll is made-to-order, full refunds will only be granted if the piece has not been started on. If making the piece has started, refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Orders that have already been shipped out will NOT be eligible for refunds.
Custom orders are final and will not be eligible for refunds. Once the custom doll has been agreed to, no additional changes and requests will be entertained.
All dolls are individually made by hand so are unique and may have slight variations in size and colour. All orders are ensured to meet our highest standards before shipping out so requests for returns will not be entertained.
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us (with pictures of the damaged item) and we will review and make the necessary arrangments. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the item to us in its original condition (unused and in original packaging). Refunds will not be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition.
