Shipping Policy

Orders will be mailed out within 3 working days of completion and the tracking number will be emailed to you. Once the order has been dropped off, we are not responsible for any delays or lost packages.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before checking out. We will ship to the address you have stated on the order, and we are not responsible for any lost packages. If you do notice an error in your address, please email us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to change the address, provided the order has not been sent out.

If a package that has been returned for some reason (e.g wrong or invalid address) is requested for reshipment, customers are responsible for paying for the additional shipping fee. An invoice with the additional fee willl be emailed to you and the order will only be sent out when payment is received. 

Self Collection

Self collection can be opted for local orders. You will be contacted to arrange the date and timing of the meetup when your order has been completed. We do meetups at Buona Vista MRT (weekdays) and Kovan/Serangoon MRT.

Customers are responsible for being on time for the meetup arranged. If you are running late or would like to reschedule, please let us know if advance so we can agree to a new timing. Customers who are late for more than 15 minutes without notification, or do not show up will have to top up local postage fee to receive your order by post. Requests for refunds will not be entertained if you do not show up for your meetup.

Local Postage

Local postage is charged at $2 per order and most packages should be delivered in 2 to 3 days. If you do not receive it after a week, please drop us an email and include your name on the order, and order number. We will try our best to help to locate your package, failing that we can discuss other options.

International Orders

International shipping is offered for our items and shipping costs stated are international postage rates from our shipping provider. Shipping costs and arrival times may vary by country and the customer is responsible for any additional taxes and custom fee that may be incurred.
