Stray Kids Mini Lightstick Bag


This pattern was designed based on the Stray Kids lightstick, Nachimbong, and it was made as an accessory for the Skzoo plush (10 cm version)!

The finished bag measures about 3.5 cm in diameter

I had a lot of fun making this bag and I hope you will enjoy the pattern too.

Materials you will need

- 2 mm hook

- DK yarn in red, black and grey (I used paintbox simply DK yarns)

- polyester fibrefill (or any suitable stuffing)

- sewing needles

- stitch markers

 

Abbreviations

MR - magic ring

R(__) - repeat instructions for the round

sc - single crochet

fsc - foundation single crochet

inc - single crochet increase

dec - single crochet decrease

BLO - back loop only

 

Bag

(Using grey yarn)

1. 6sc in MR (6)

2. R(inc) (12)

(Using black yarn)

3. R(sc, inc) (18)

4. R(2sc, inc) (24)

(Using red yarn)

5. R(3sc, inc) (30)

6. R(4sc, inc) (36)

7. (BLO) sc around (36)

8. sc around (36)

9. (BLO) R(4sc, dec) (30)

10. R(3sc, dec) (24)

11. R(2sc, dec) (18)

- Start stuffing

12. R(sc, dec) (12)

13. R(dec) (6)

- Fasten off, stuff and close the piece

 

Compass

(Using grey yarn, cut a piece about 25 cm long)

1. Sew North, South, East and West points by starting from centre of MR and inserting neddle back in between rows 5 and 6

2. Continue North-East, South-East, South-West and North-West points in the same way but inserting needle between rows 3 and 4 instead

 

Strap

(Using red yarn)

1. 60fsc

- Leave a long tail for sewing

- Overlap 8 stitches of each ends of the bag strap and sew together before sewing onto the back of the bag
